• By adding and using Sunday X in your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
• Failure to comply may result in restricted access, removal of the bot, or other necessary actions. ​

# 1. General Usage

1. Sunday X is a Security, Anti-Nuke, Moderation bot and AIO.
2. The bots must not be misused, exploited, or used in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service.
3. Using these bots in servers that promote illegal activities, harassment, or violations of Discord’s policies may result in blacklisting from future use. ​

1. All important will be announced in our support server.
2. Sunday X may direct message you very imporant announcements. ​

# 3. Data & Privacy

1. Sunday X do not collect, store, or share personal user data beyond what is necessary for their core functions.
2. The following data is stored for functionality and security purposes:

• Server IDs – Required to manage security settings and moderation actions.
• User IDs – Stored for roles such as whitelisted users, moderators, owners, extra owners and perm.

3. We do not sell, share, or misuse stored data. ​

# 4. Commands & Restrictions

1. Users must use bot commands responsibly and not for malicious purposes.
2. Moderation commands (e.g., banning, kicking, muting) are restricted to users with appropriate server permissions.
3. Abuse of the bot’s functionalities may result in blacklisting from future use. ​

# 5. Data Removal & Opt-Out

1. Can request developers for removal of your data and your server's data. ​

# 7. Support & Liability

1. The bots are provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, performance, or issue resolution.
2. We reserve the right to remove or modify features at any time without prior notice.
3. We are not responsible for any disruptions, bans, or server issues caused by misuse of the bot. ​

5. These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
